Bug#908320: openshot-qt: About > License fails due to missing license.txt

Dear Maintainer,
When attempting to open Help -> About Openshot -> License, nothing seems
to happen when clicking the License button.
Instead the following error message is printed in the terminal:

Looks like the license.txt is missing from the package.
