Upstream source tarball:
  http://downloads.sourceforge.net/wavbreaker/wavbreaker-0.10.tar.gz

Subversion checkout command:
  svn co svn://svn.debian.org/demudi/wavbreaker/

Then, build with svn-buildpackage.
