Bug#463955: audacity: NEWS advice on fixing security hole is insufficient

I removed my ~/.audacity-data/audacity.cfg as instructed, but the
newly-created file still had an insecure TempPath. This was because it
copied the path from my old ~/.audacity file from audacity 1.2. Hence,
the NEWS file should mention removing this file too.
