PM-1053 (IVC-2100) MPEG2 Video/Audio capture module

There was one problem, stradis the driver does not work in Linux with
PM-1053 board (analogue IVC-2100) from Cirrus CS92210 MPEG2 Codec.
There is a system debian etch with a kernel 2.6.17 on PC/104.

The device /dev/video0 is done, but does not work.
