I don't know about low latency specific version but the Con Kolivas verson improve ( a lot ) the scheduling, and it's really impressive. And the 2.6 kernels have time slice reduced by ten compared to the 2.4 kernels, and it's really reactive. Moreover, if you have enough memory, you can specify the kernel to not swap, so it's really always fast, but be sure about your memory applications 'consumptions.
