Mirror request processing?

Good day,

 As I’ve requested a mirror addition for ZA (where we lost a big mirror and the only one left for ftp.za is… well does not seem as business critical anymore) I noticed several requests outstanding for >3months on the mirrors package bug list.

 Given the “funs” we have with CDNs in ZA (Or rather Africa for that matter) whenever the submarines cables sneezes, more ZA mirrors for the ZA ccTLD would be a nice addition to be made “official”.
