ftp.es.debian.org IP changed

Hi!

ftp.es.debian.org dns name was pointing to ulises.hostalia.com (82.194.78.250) but just changed to debian.proxad.net (212.27.32.66). Anybody knows why this change to a French mirror?

Also the push notifications from ulises.hostalia.com stopped and our mirror (softlibre.unizar.es) started getting outdated. Now is running manual sync in order to stay up to date.
