The both lines below are printed by default when a mirror is blacklisted.
   Doesn't seem to support Keep-Alive connections
   Doesn't seem to support Range requests

For reasons of blacklisted, it's usually due toe consistency issues detected by the scanner.
I've put Raphael in CC to confirm this.
