Is there a way to find contact details of a particular mirror ?

Hi all,
A debian user here. I am trying to find if there is way to find
contact details of a mirror. There doesn't seem to be a list or a way
to find contact details of person/s who are providing the mirror.

The only hacky way seems to be
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=mirrors;dist=unstable
but this again is a hit or miss.

I tried whois and failed as that info. is masked/not available.

Any idea who to bug next ?

Another query, is there a way to ascertain the size of the full
archive mirror. If there are any stats. of main, contrib and non-free
? Also if there have been any jumps from non-free to contrib or from
contrib to main or vice-versa ?

Looking forward to know.
