DebConf14 will be at Portland State University[1]. The university has
their own Debian mirror[2]. The university IP ranges appear to be
131.252.0.0/16 and 2610:10::/32 according to whois and their AS number
is AS6366[3]. The DebConf14 team have pinged the relevant folks about
mirror submission[4]. Please redirect clients on the university IP
ranges to their Debian mirror.
