Replace "7.2.0" with "7.3.0" in your links.

 

 

Debian 7.3 was released (http://www.debian.org/News/2013/20131214) but some pages are not updated yet.

All links for iso and torrent download from http://www.debian.org/CD/netinst/#netinst-stable return an error 404.
