cdn.d.n needs update for debian.ethz.ch IP switch / cdn.d.n health check broken?

ftp.ch.debian.org aka debian.ethz.ch moved to another server and hence
got a new IP.
So can you please remove 129.132.86.210 (heustock.ethz.ch) from the
cdn.debian.net IP list and add 129.132.53.171 (plattenberg.ethz.ch)
instead.
You may also add 2001:67c:10ec:3dd1::42 in case you support IPv6, but
I'm not sure if that will have to change in the not so far future.
In case you can add hostnames instead of IP addresses as source for
your IP addresses database, I'd be very happy if you could use
"debian.ethz.ch" as that won't change and should always point to the
correct IP(s) of our debian mirror.
So far for the IP change. Interestingly the cdn health check (as
mentioned on https://wiki.debian.org/DebianGeoMirror) seem to have
failed for the above IP switch:
I removed the mirror files from the old host (129.132.86.210,
heustock.ethz.ch) about two weeks ago, resulting in 404s.
Nevertheless, a user reported that cdn.debian.net still points to
129.132.86.210 for him (his DNS server seems to be at 80.254.161.126)
and I could reproduce that from 192.33.99.99 (DNS servers at
129.132.98.12 and 129.132.250.2).
I then added a redirect specific to the cdn.debian.net VHost on the
old host, pointing to the new mirror (i.e. debian.ethz.ch). Just
minutes later, cdn.debian.net pointed to 137.226.34.42 (in Germany)
and 195.222.33.229 (in Bosnia i Herzegovina). Now it only points to
the latter. (I'd rather expected a German or Austrian mirror, not a
Bosnian one, btw.)
So I wonder why a non-working mirror was still in the list while a
mirror redirecting to a working mirror gets removed more or less
immediately.
