TLFHosting has a new Debian mirror (http://mirror.thelinuxfix.com/debian/)

way to go about it or is posting to this list the best way to go about it?

The same questions actually stand for Volia's Ukrainian upgraded mirror.
Currently the main upstream server I use is ftp.si.debian.org (debmirror.amis.net).
Our interconnectivity is the best I could find.
For the backports I use ftp.uk.debian.org
and for the archives -- archive.debian.org.

I'm all open for your suggestions. :-)

(There is no need in CCing me, thank you.)
