U waterloo backports mirror a year out of date?

While looking for a backports mirror to pull from, I noticed that
trace file at http://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/debian-backports/
hasn't been updated since September 2010. This is in the (official?)
backports mirror list:
http://backports-master.debian.org/Mirrors/
Is there no "is this mirror up to date?" checking for backports?
