Now the volatile.d.o is different than volatile-master.debian.org

People who setup volatile mirror for long should check if RSYNC_HOST in
the script correctly pointed to volatile-master.debian.org.

I had RSYNC_HOST=volatile.debian.net, so that my volatile has been break
and out to date for a long time.
