Any of the two options would be fine for me, since they seem to came
installed with Debian system.
In any case, I'd rather prefer not to depend on procmail to build a mirror.
Asap I'll add the modifications from Simon to my local copy.

Note: Since Archvsync has become the main method for the mirror
sinchronization, would be nice to make
http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#how point to it, so new mirrors
don't do the old setup.
