It looks like these 2 locations are out of sync: ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/experimental/non-free/binary-i386/Packages.diff/Index ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/experimental/non-free/binary-i386/Packages.diff/ For instance Packages.diff/Index lists "2007-07-04-2011.34", but this file isn't in the Packages.diff directory.
