Actually I subscribed to this list just a few days ago because I wasn't able to use the Hong Kong mirrors in a stable way. Since I'm now based in HK and just started my own company I'm wondering if I can help in any way.

Can someone please point me out what kind of resources (hardware and bandwidth) should I provide to set up a new mirror?
