debian-mirror.mirror.umn.edu rsync problems?

Hi,

I need to report that debian-mirror.mirror.umn.edu has been flaky when it
comes to rsync. ftp.cl.debian.org syncs with this primary mirror, and I've
been getting errors intermittently, say, 2 out of 3 times, with the error
message,

rsync: failed to connect to 128.101.240.212: Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(99)

ftp.cl.debian.org has not been updated in several days now. Can this be
fixed?
