Sure.
http://ftp.gul.uc3m.es/debian/project/trace/ < please put the local
trace file in 'ftp.gul.uc3m.es' not in 'cofio', the external name of the
mirror is necessary.
We also need the same info as http://debian.org/mirrors/submit : which
mirror you update from, contact address, comment, and so on.
The easier is to follow the example
