mirror updates paused, will resume after a while

Hi,

Several mirror administrators have inquired as to why the regular daily
mirror update isn't happenning -- the answer is that it's disabled as a
precautionary measure due to the recent security incident with some other
Debian servers.

For more information on the security incident please see the general
announcement lists.

For the record, the integrity of the data on the mirrors is believed
to be intact, and there should be no reason to worry about such issues.
The updates will be resumed once everything is verified.
If not, rest assured that we will inform everyone of what's going on.
