security-master.debian.org drops rsync

Hello,

security-master.debian.org will drop rsync access to debian-security
archive within 1 month, on 15th July 2014.

security.debian.org hosts should be used instead, which are a set of
mirrors around the world intended to share the debian-security archive
with the community.
