The SID has build for MIPS64el (little endian), but my processor is MIPS64 big endian. But i couldn't find the mips64 build. Can you please help me to locate the r-base package build for mips64 big endian arch.

Yes for Sid at this moment, see:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=r-base&suite=sid

There are some CRAN packages available, too.
