Re: Fixing MariaDB test failures on Debian MIPS

Hello,

a gentle reminder. Can anyone help me please?

Thanks.

Hello,

I am looking for a DD willing to sponsor a temporal guess access to the
Debian MIPS development machine, to fix a number of MariaDB test
failures that we cannot reproduce on other platforms.

This is an example log:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=mariadb-10.0&arch=mips&ver=10.0.21-2&stamp=1440742524

The following MariaDB tests fail:

     federated.federated_partition
     federated.federated_transactions
     federated.federated_innodb
     multi_source.gtid
     multi_source.multisource
     rpl.rpl_auto_increment
     rpl.rpl_auto_increment
     rpl.rpl_auto_increment
     rpl.rpl_invoked_features

Also, MariaDB tests sporadically do not start.

These problems make
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=mariadb-10.0
display "Build-Attempted" instead of "Installed" in the Status column
on the mips and mipsel lines.

I recently fixed a number of problems on Debian ARM platforms,
the fixes are already in the MariaDB main source tree and should
propagate to the Debian sources soon.
My final goal is to have MariaDB install without problems on all
platforms supported by Debian.

Thanks for cooperation!
