You probably need to:

   echo 32768 50000 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range

On the Linux machine acting as your tftp server. The Indy's BIOS
doesn't like the data transfer ports tftpd uses by default. This is
a FAQ, mentioned many times on the list. I think there was talk
about adding it to the installation manual, but I'm too lazy to
check whether that ever happened...
