Please Give Back mozart-gtk (due to bad emacs dependency)

Dear all,

Following on to my previous request, please give back mozart-gtk on
mips and mipsel.

At the moment it is stuck with a false dependency on 

  emacs (>= 21.4a-6) 

it should be a dependency on 

  emacs21(>= 21.4a-6).

I suppose that other packages have this problem too.
