Please schedule build for 'cluster' (== r-cran-cluster)

Hi,

This only failed because mipsel hadn't yet built the right R version; 

   Checking cluster

   trying to update cluster from 1.9.6-4 to 1.9.7-1 (candidate is 28 days old) 
   cluster is not yet built on mipsel: 1.9.6-4 vs 1.9.7-1 (missing 1 binary: r-cran-cluster) 

The package itself had built successfully many times before.
