The server is not sending DHCPACK in response to DHCPREQUEST.

If you bring up the Qube with a fixed address (as in your later mail)
can it ping the server (boot shell 'ping' command).

A 'tcpdump' of the UDP packets to/from the DHCP server on the server
might shed some light also.
