It is still building:
otherosfs/aranym_0.8.7beta-1: Building by rmurray-casals [extra:out-of-date]
Previous state was Needs-Build until 2004 Mar 21 22:50:10
Conclusion: The build failed as seen by the log but the buildd admin is not
setting the state of the package to dep-wait, failed or gives it back.
Despide all that, even if the admin had done something:
mrvn@paco:~/aranym/aranym-0.8.7beta$ sudo apt-get build-dep aranym
