Hi, I've put updated mips and mipsel kernel packages for Debian 3.0 Woody fixing the ptrace local root exploit at: http://honk.physik.uni-konstanz.de/linux-mips/kernels/ Since I don't have a mipsel system I'd be very thankful if somebody could test these on mipsel and check if they behave any different than the kernel packages currently in the stable distribution.
