I don't think so, but you can build your own 2.4.22 from the linux-mips
sources.

To get the latest source:

cvs -d :pserver:cvs@ftp.linux-mips.org:/home/cvs login
(Only needed the first time you use anonymous CVS, the password is "cvs")
cvs -z4 -d :pserver:cvs@cvs.linux-mips.org:/home/cvs co -rlinux_2_4 linux
