mipsel buildd broken, 184 days ago

Hello

Is this the right place to contact the mipsel autobuild maintainer?
I've tried to contact Ryan Murray <rmurray@debian.org> (the buildd
maintainer), but that did not solve the issue.

The problem is that sysklogd failed to build on mipsel, and this keeps
the package out of testing. The package was uploaded 184 days ago.
Check <URL:http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/sysklogd.html> for package
info.

The error message is a syntax error in a system header file:

  gcc -O2 -Wall -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -DSYSV
  -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strength-reduce -DFSSTND -c ksym_mod.c
  In file included from /usr/include/linux/spinlock.h:6,
                   from /usr/include/linux/module.h:11,
                   from ksym_mod.c:96:
  /usr/include/asm/system.h:246: syntax error before "void"
  /usr/include/asm/system.h:253: syntax error before "void"
  /usr/include/asm/system.h:254: syntax error before "void"
  /usr/include/asm/system.h:255: syntax error before "void"
  /usr/include/asm/system.h:256: syntax error before "void"
  make[1]: *** [ksym_mod.o] Error 1
  make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd/sysklogd-1.4.1'

Anyone know what is going on? Is the system headers on mipsel broken?

PS: Send me copies of any replies, as I'm not on the debian-mips
  mailing list.
