mipsel autobuilder is hosed

Thanks for requeuing amaya. Unfortunately, it appears that the mipsel
autobuilder is hosed, quite a few of the recent packages are failing
in the installation of their build-depends with the following error:

  dpkg: parse error, in file 
`/home/buildd/build/chroot-unstable/var/lib/dpkg/available' near line 
164556 package `libc-client-ssl2001':
 missing version
