  Well, sfs tends to stress the compiler quite a bit and there are
 numerous workarounds in the sources to overcome gcc bugs. 

  I don't have access, and we don't seem to have mips/mipsel box at
 least straight away available for general developers, so I'd 
 appreciate if someone could try to build sfs 0.6 with gcc 3.1 on 
 either of those.

  Looks like sfs make gcc segfault on ia64 too, hopefully this is
 fixed in 3.x also.

  I'm going to upload 0.6-2 tomorrow. I will be gone for the next
 week, so not much is going to happen then. However after that I'm
 going to beat the library issues for good, so I could use having
 xdelta2 packages available then to test everything.
