  Thanks for all emails that help me to progress. (in install AND a small in 
english ;-)
  
  In fact i have just :
  
  1)  read http://staf.digibel.org/topic.php?lang=eng&top=indy
  2)  make a good bootptab 
  3)  modify my inetd.conf to add the '-s' option to tftpd
  
  After I can boot with the command :
  
  >> bootp(): nfsroot=/indy init=/bin/bash
  
  so, now I can trying install debian
