They are not - There are no packages in woody/binary-mips(el)
at all - Only arch-indep packages ...
This is not linked/copied as it is mirrored via rsync from
master.debian.org and would overwrite everything. Once
we have glibc 2.2 running i will start uploading glibc 2.2
packages to woody.
