I have updated my Salsa branch and the associated Merge Request with allrequested changes:


 - Added the updated German translation (Closes: #1055631)
 - Introduced the pkg.libvisual.nosdl build profile to address #1077534
 - Updated debian/rules accordingly
 - Performed additional cleanups in debian/control and related files
