Re: Closed bugs still blocking

Hello,

I wanted to avoid for a few days that src:texlive-base, src:texlive-extra, src:texlive-lang migrate to testing. Hence I opened 3 bugs being RC on them. Yesterday I decided that migration is OK, hence I closed these bugs: #1121724 / #1121725 / #1121726. Nevertheless they block migration: https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=texlive-base etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Obligatory "a bug being closed doesn't mean anything, only the version graph does". This is something every Debian contributor is forced to learn at some point (and, yes, this is one of those things that are specific to Debian and are not obvious or expected).

You need to make sure the version graph doesn't suggest that the bug exists in sid. I don't know what's the best practice for closing bugs that are not bugs without fixig them though, maybe it's removing the found version.
