The question is a bit vague. Did you already upload (`dput mentors
example_x.y.z.changes`) your signed package to the mentors page which would
launch the test bench there? Its indicators guide you where to work next
before seeking a sponsor. It is public and based on the results of the checks,
other volunteers might help you, too.
In addition to the more general information on the mentors page (e.g., the
maintainer's guide, tab `Maintainer`), there are [teams] with more detailed
information, and utilities _specific_ to a particular language of
implementation. See for instance [Ruby] with their [gem2deb].
