Hi,

I have cleaned up the remaining lintian warnings:

 * dropped debian/svx-dashboard.postrm, letting debhelper generate
   the maintainer script for systemd
 * removed tclsh shebangs from SvxLink event scripts in 
/etc/svxlink/events.d

A new 1.0.0-1 upload has been pushed to mentors.
