Please properly fix #1120855.
You have to retitle the O bug to ITA to properly indicate the adoption
and reference that bug number with a Closes tag in the changelog line

more likely to process.

Please do not list all the upstream changes in d/changelog. It even
lists a non-applicable "Mark start of 8.0.7 development phase with version
