tslib package update: can someone upload it?

Hi,

I haven't uploaded in a long time so I lost my maintainer state.
There's an update to the tslib package available, see
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/tslib

I do packaging here: https://github.com/merge/tslib-debian where 1.24
is prepared.

Updates happen infrequently.

Should I request maintainer-state again or would somebody here say
"I'll build and upload it for you"?
