     - bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2 (no further changes)
     - drop redundant default Rules-Requires-Root setting

   * d/rules: simplify and enable LTO
   * d/patches:
     - apply upstream fix for genfscon asterisks
     - apply upstream policy capability additions
