Changes since the last upload:

 .
   * Adopt package, adding myself to uploaders. (Closes: #897311)
   * Update jfreechart compatibility patch to fix FTBFS. (Closes: 
#1099290)
   * Fix build with default JDK (21).
   * Promote Standards-Version to 4.7.2 with no change.

Note that as this focused on fixing the RC bug, other preexisting issues 
(e.g. copyright file not in machine-readable format) are left untouched.
