Bug#1103996: RFS: hujson/0.0~git20250226.ec1d1c1-1 [ITP] -- JSON for Humans (JWCC: JSON w/ comments and trailing commas)

Fixed and uploaded,
I'm getting a `bad-whatis-entry` related to the manpage, I tried validating it with  lexgrog but I get this: 
```
$ lexgrog debian/hujsonfmt.1 --debug

I'm a bit lost on how to fix it

Please target either the 'unstable' or 'experimental' distribution.


If you are targeting 'unstable' as stated, your changelog should look like
below.

hujson (0.0~git20250226.ec1d1c1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

   * Initial release (Closes: 1103170)

New packages to Debian should have one changelog entry only like above and
should always be '-1'.
