Bug#1101104: RFS: adwaita-fonts/48.2-1 [ITP] -- Adwaita Fonts Collection

According to team policy [1], I request that the source package be
renamed to fonts-adwaita even though that is different from how GNOME
names it. (This is similar to what we did with
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/cantarell-fonts )

Personally, I don't think that a metapackage is needed that depends on
both font packages, but if you are going to use one, it should also be
named fonts-adwaita.
