Some people who submit packages to Mentors feel defensive when anyone points out that the work they have done isn’t perfect.  I understand the feeling as that is generally my first knee-jerk reaction when people make suggestions for my work.  However, if the criticism is provided in a respectful manner we should all learn to not respond emotionally, especially because Phil’s suggestions are just going to be brought up by whoever sponsors the package, and by the FTP Masters if it has to go through NEW.

In other words, Phil, don’t take it personally.  I think some of the adjustments you have made have improved your process, so I am grateful for that.  But in other cases you can just ignore people who don’t like that your suggestions to improve their packaging are accurate.
