Piuparts tries to remove systemd

Hello,

I maintain purple-discord.

In this CI pipeline: 
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/purple-discord/-/jobs/7222566

Piuparts fails because removing SystemD.

I noticed that only since today, before CI pipelines did not fail.

Does someone has an idea why Piuparts would tries to remove an essential 
package?

My dependencies are as follow:
- debhelper-compat (= 13),
- imagemagick,
- libglib2.0-dev,
- libjson-glib-dev,
- libnss3-dev,
- libpurple-dev,
- libqrencode-dev,
- librsvg2-bin,
- libz-dev,

My CI pipelines did not fail before.
