The deb for my package works, but since it is the first one I have ever
assembled, there is a good chance it has deficiencies.
What are the next steps to getting this into unstable?
If you want to do it yourself, follow
https://mentors.debian.net/intro-maintainers/ , learn how to make source
packages, make a correct Policy-compliant source package, ask for a
sponsor. Make sure you want and are able to maintain it after that.
If you want it to be done by someone else, there are no steps outside of
waiting until someone does it.
