Thanks for your reminds.

Its GitHub release lacks setup.py or pyproject.toml while its pypi
release lacks docs folder.

I start a small pull request to inform them they should add docs info.

Temporarily, I add a patch in debian/patches although less meaningful.

I think the upstream should fix this problem.
